While an application does save me some time getting your information ,I still like to get a good feeling from the people who take my pups, ,This application is simply to gather information . I also like to meet the new family, (although I know a face to face meeting cant always be possible) . It is very important to me that my pups find good ,caring, safe ,loving, forever homes.
One can really say anything in an application, and I know that , After almost 30 years breeding dogs , I know people ,and can easily judge who will make good "parents "for my "babies "in just a few minutes of conversation , Remember it is my obligation (and in most cases my honor) to find good homes for the lives I bring into this world, ( and for some others like rescues ,placed in my charge by whatever circumstance) . .,,, I find this a very serious responsibility, and base my choices Not on the income of the family , style of clothing or hair , doesn't have to be the most elegant home ,.. or elegant at all for that matter .
A good home to me is based on the attitude love and care I feel the people will provide .Also if its a good safe environment to place my pups . As, (for me as a breeder) I have worked very hard to create a life with an excellent start. To me , they are Little seeds that will bloom into a simply amazing creatures , They will add a soul to your home ,that you will not be able to imagine life without ..ever again.. That's Our goal. Chihuahuas are not Snappy or yappy as so many believe, They have all the soul of a large old loyal dog in a tiny body,They are very smart, affectionate and some are quite silly. These have been lovingly raised and brought into this world by our own hands .So please understand ,we stand behind them fully and want them in wonderful homes. It is very important to us that our pups find safe loving forever homes. In the past we have not judged new homes by application ,as most breeders do ..I find bad people wil say anything. So we reserve the right to return deposit and refuse sale if we feel the applicant is not going to provide a safe loving home. The application is for me to help gather info to determine the best match for my pups and the age at which they can go home We retain the right to return deposit and refuse sale if we feel the applicant has been anything other than honest. !!!! Deposits are to hold a pup but are not a guarantee of sale.But will be returned if we find a problem with the placement of our pup.

Breeding facility ,Shelter , petstore or kennel prior to visiting us , Or have you recently lost a pup purchased from another breeder or petstore, If so can you please explain the details, as it is very important for us all to take proper precautions if you have contact with other pups and for me to inform you what to do if you have, prior to purchasing one of our pups, Please be honest so we can handle things correctly and safely,
